As part of the club we are trying to offer a rounded scope of guest speakers covering topics from Nutrition, Strength & conditioning. In March we will be offering a specific talk, just to the ladies side of the club covering all matters of Women's health.

Hayley Jarvill is a Clinical Specialist Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapist currently a partner of Bury Physio in Bury St Edmunds. She's worked in the NHS and private sector involved in diagnosing complex musculoskeletal conditions. She has attended several universities honing her skills and becoming outstanding in her field, always looking to learn more about the human body and recovery. We are lucky enough to have her run a Zoom call on the 7th March!
