We’ve been working with the school to improve the changing room situation, making it easier to manage, fit in with the School, club and EH safeguarding policies and to avoid any embarrassments!

From the first league in the New Year on Saturday on January 11th and for the rest of this season:

- All four outdoor changing rooms will be available for external hockey and football use (effectively only hockey on Saturdays, maybe football too on Sundays).
- Outdoor changing rooms will be designated adult male / female; youth male / female.
- Adults, over the age 18, should only use adult facilities for changing, showers and the toilets. - Youth players should only use the youth changing rooms.
- School teams will only use "indoor dry side" changing rooms. Dry side changing should never be used by anyone from BSEHC or our opponents.

Andy will try to schedule matches to so that we have both men’s and ladies games on different pitches

It does mean sharing changing rooms with the opposition before and after matches. Team meetings before or after the matches should not be held in changing rooms. If a suitable space is required, then Culford can make one of the classrooms in the Nursery School available. They will require some notice to do this though please!!
