Our coaches are integral to the Club's success. The right coach with the right skills and motivation can enable a team shine.

As part of our development, we are not only expanding our coaching offering but also investing in our coaches through development and a clear payment structure.

We now have Jet Konrath who is leading coach development, and some of you have already taken part in development sessions provided by England Hockey. Watch this space for more to come!

In terms of our payment of coaching, many of you, very kindly, offer your coaching services as a volunteer. Others can be paid according to the structure attached.

We are always in need of new Youth and Adult coaches, so if you are interested in getting involved with coaching and/or learning how to coach, please get in touch with either Jet Konrath or Harry Reidy (our Development Manager).
