The Club's long-term objectives
To be a happy, balanced, constantly evolving and well-resourced Club that continues to successfully provide its members and its local community with performance, competitive, social and educational hockey opportunities.
with its main AIMS:
1. To become a successful, high-profile Hockey Club achieving high levels of team performance and individual representation at regional and national level;
2. To become a regional centre of excellence for junior hockey as part of the England Hockey's Talent System
3. To be recognised as a fully inclusive and friendly community sports club, working in partnership, to encourage active participation in sport and physical activity and healthier lifestyles for Bury St Edmunds and its surrounding area.
A Quality Club
The Club first attained England Hockey's ClubsFirst standard in 2007. In 2022 we obtained ClubMark accreditation. The Club is currently working with England Hockey to achieve Talent Centre accreditation.
